Associate Interior Designer- on site

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Interior Designers to lead and independently manage large-scale projects across the Architectural, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, a proven track record in handling corporate interior projects, and the ability to oversee projects from concept to completion, including turnkey solutions.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end architectural design and execution for large-scale projects.
  
• Lead Commercial, Residential, Industrial, and Corporate Interior projects of up to 50,000 sq. ft.
  
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, development control regulations, and norms of various sanctioning bodies.
  
• Prepare project estimates and budgets, particularly for Corporate Interior works.
