Job Description
- Conduct detailed industry and market research to support deal origination
- Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare client-ready presentations including pitchbooks and deal materials
- Support execution of M&A transactions and financing mandates
- Coordinate transaction processes with internal teams and external advisers
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on cross-border deals
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise
- Solid understanding of M&A processes and transaction execution
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
