Associate IT engineer

Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 4,400 per month

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Solid PL/SQL programming skills, proficient in mainstream databases including Oracle and SQL Server.

• Skilled in writing SQL scripts and stored procedures, with hands-on experience in database development, performance tuning and system optimization.

• Knowledge of ERP theory; familiarity with supply chain planning business is preferred.

• Capable of rapid system troubleshooting, identifying anomalies, delivering systematic IT solutions and driving continuous product optimization.

• Good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing; able to work night shifts on a rotating basis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in AI-enabled intelligent operations & maintenance.

• Understanding of AI-based log analysis, anomaly detection, automated alerting, RAG knowledge base, intelligent Agent and other IT operation implementation approaches.

• Able to leverage AI tools to assist in fault diagnosis, script generation and knowledge management, and advance the automation and intelligent transformation of supply chain system operations.
