Whether you're a freshly called lawyer or have up to 2 years' PQE, this role offers an excellent platform to develop your expertise in conveyancing and property law.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in residential, commercial, and industrial conveyancing matters.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Conduct title searches, due diligence, and statutory filings.
  • Liaise with clients, financial institutions, developers, and relevant authorities.
  • Manage conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion with guidance from senior lawyers.
  • Ensure matters are handled in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Called to the Singapore Bar and qualified as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
  • 0–2 years' PQE (Freshly called lawyers are welcome to apply).
  • A genuine interest in building a career in Conveyancing & Property Law.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and client management skills.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and eager to learn.
