This module provides fundamental knowledge of computing and core cybersecurity principles. It covers the history and evolution of computing, information processing, computer architecture, operating systems, and key cybersecurity concepts, including attacks, detection and prevention, policy, and risk assessment.

Job requirements

A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. A Master's degree would be an advantage.

• At least 2 years of teaching experience at tertiary level

• 5 years of relevant working experience would be an advantage

• Must be available to teach during day time
