Associate Loyalty Marketing (Finance and Admin)

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of Marketing Planning division.

Key Responsibilities

IT coordinator

• Raise system requests for installation of new software or PC support when required
• Arrange for relevant system accesses for dept colleagues
• Coordinate annual user ID access recertification exercise
• Coordinate annual Physical Assets Verification
• Track computer inventory
• Annual verification of asset renewal Exercise & software licence
• Mass computers refresh exercise in every 3 years
  

Dept budget coordination

• Coordinate annual budget planning
• Coordinate budgets overruns and forecasting reports to Finance and assist in virement.
• Capital Annual Budget & raise necessary forms
• Provide monthly budget expense (BCS) updates to dept managers
• Submit monthly recharge (SQAD2) report to Finance
  

Billing, Invoice processing & issuance

• Monthly preparation of month-end accruals and budget vs expenditure reports to Finance
• Raise and track 3rd party invoices for verification, approval
• Liaise with Finance on customer debtor billing code for billings/payments/invoices
• Raise invoices to vendors (eIPR) and partners (by email)
• Liaise with loyalty database tech for billing reports

FFP fraud investigation to address fraud and liaise with biz partners, frontliners, Loyalty KrisFlyer partners

• Serve notice to websites which advertise sale or purchase of KrisFlyer miles or misuse SIA logo or information which contravene KrisFlyer program- Facilitate recovery of losses for confirmed fraudulent cases
• Monitoring section electronic mailbox
• Act on identified KrisFlyer accounts in loyalty database (e.g. account normalization, suspend blacklisted members)
  

Daily QM reports for suspicious activities

• Daily checks for suspect non-air redemptions

Audit manage test production accounts

Assist with testing of automation projects

Requirements

• Diploma in Business or Finance or IT
• Fresh diploma holder with strong learning capabilities and excellent aptitude will be considered
• Meticulous and Attention to details
• Organized and analytical
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and writing
• Process oriented and outcome driven
• Adaptable well to changing business environment
• Familiar with digital tools such as Sharepoint, O365
