Associate Manager, Distributor Finance

· Lead, supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team deployed at the field level.

· Cascade management-assigned KPIs and targets down to individual team members and confirm delivery of each team member's target on a regular (daily/weekly/monthly) basis.

· Design and conduct structured training for both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.

· Ensure quality portfolio for the assigned regions.

· Track pipeline and conversion at each stage of onboarding, identify bottlenecks, and provide hands-on field support to unblock stalled cases.

· Conduct regular visits to distributor points and SME unit offices to verify onboarding quality, portfolio health, and adherence to process/compliance standards.

· Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs; prepare and present performance/status reports to the Head of Distributor Finance.

· Act as the first point of escalation for field-level issues raised by business fields, distributors, or anchors, and coordinate with Transaction Banking, CAD and other relevant units to resolve them.
