We're seeking an Associate Manager, Experiential — an enthusiastic, detail-oriented self-starter eager to break into experiential marketing. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience (including internships) who wants to build a strong foundation in event and brand activation production, working closely with senior team members across every stage of the process.

Experiential Support

  • Assist with the coordination and on-site execution of experiential activations, from intimate brand moments to large-scale tentpoles.
  • Support vendor outreach, scheduling, and logistics coordination under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help track budgets, organize invoices, and maintain accurate expense documentation.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorms and ideation sessions for experiential concepts, RFPs, and brand pitches.
  • Help build pitch decks, mood boards, recaps, and event materials using Canva, Keynote, or PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Sales, Editorial, Trends & Insights) to gather materials and ensure alignment with brand strategy.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain department files, project trackers, and event timelines.
  • Take notes during meetings, track follow-ups, and help keep the team organized day-to-day.
  • Support scheduling and logistics coordination for team travel to tentpole events (e.g., room blocks, itineraries) under senior guidance.
  • Help prep materials and briefing documents ahead of meetings and events.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Assist with vendor and venue research and outreach to support broader team projects.
  • Help track industry trends and competitor activity to inform team brainstorms.
  • Support post-event recap documentation and basic performance tracking.
  • Build relationships with vendors and partners as a growing point of contact on smaller-scope projects.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience (including internships) in experiential marketing, brand activations, events, or a related creative field.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong written communication and an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Keynote, PowerPoint, and MS Office; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional nights/weekends for event execution.
  • A proactive, positive, and coachable attitude — eager to roll up their sleeves and grow with the team.
