- Help track budgets, organize invoices, and maintain accurate expense documentation.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorms and ideation sessions for experiential concepts, RFPs, and brand pitches.
- Help build pitch decks, mood boards, recaps, and event materials using Canva, Keynote, or PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Sales, Editorial, Trends & Insights) to gather materials and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Administrative & Operational Support

- Take notes during meetings, track follow-ups, and help keep the team organized day-to-day.
- Support scheduling and logistics coordination for team travel to tentpole events (e.g., room blocks, itineraries) under senior guidance.

Cross Functional Collaboration
- Assist with vendor and venue research and outreach to support broader team projects.
- Help track industry trends and competitor activity to inform team brainstorms.
- Support post-event recap documentation and basic performance tracking.
- Build relationships with vendors and partners as a growing point of contact on smaller-scope projects.

- Strong written communication and an eye for visual storytelling.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Canva, Keynote, PowerPoint, and MS Office; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) a plus.
