Associate Manager - HR Shared Services

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to complex employee and manager queries related to the employee lifecycle and post-separation
- Lead and support HR operational activities, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery
- Collaborate with HR teams (HRBPs, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll) to resolve requests and escalations
- Monitor team performance, workflows, and service levels, driving continuous improvement
- Coach and support team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Analyze reports and identify opportunities to improve HR processes
- Support HR projects and perform additional tasks as required
- Maintain employee records, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and NDA
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or people management role.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, Bulgarian National Revenue Agency requirements, and statutory compliance.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by a digital and continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and people leadership skills.
- Experience managing the employee lifecycle and HR operations.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong proficiency in Bulgarian and English.
