Mission of the Role: The Program Manager for the Electrification Product Line plays a critical role in driving cross-functional coordination and program execution across Visteon’s electrification portfolio, including Battery Management Systems (BMS), Power Electronics, Energy Management Solutions, and related technologies. This role serves as a central point of contact between regional product development teams, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, and other key stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Stakeholders: Regional Product Development, Purchasing, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Product Line Leaders, Supply Chain, Commercial Teams, Functional Leaders Key Objectives of the Role1.
