Associate Manager / Manager – Credit Collections

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manage partner relationships by ensuring smooth communication between partner and Jumbotail
team and resolving issues raised by either side
● Build new features for credit, working closely with product and tech team, that drive improvements in
efficiency and increased customer satisfaction
● Design and launch new credit products working closely with other teams across Jumbotail ensuring
smooth launch and clear communication
● Single point of contact for all teams across Jumbotail to resolve credit issues and dependencies
● Work with operations team to resolve their issues and ensure we are hitting all our key metric
● Weekly reporting of all key metric (targeted vs. achieved) and detailed analysis of key issues raised by
team management
● Collaborate with technology team for speedy resolution of any tech issues reported by customer of
internal teams
● Resolve any other issues that relate to the credit function
