Job Description:

Recommend Vantage-One/wmA product Specific configurations to assist with overall system design and integration.

• Experience in mainframe applications with legacy skill set (COBOL,JCL,VSAM, DB2, etc.)

• twelve or more years of applications development (conversion or migration project) experience

• Four or more years of leadership experience

• Should have experience of doing client specific enhancements on Vantage-One/wmA application by referring to Business design document

• Selects, coordinates and implements technical product components, ensuring that the technical solution addresses the business concern. Assists sales and consulting engineering teams in designing and integrating products into customer environments.

• Addresses product requirements, usability, change requests and defines future functionality to end users and stakeholder groups to increase understanding of Vantage-One/wmA product.

• Experience working with application development and maintenance best practices

• Leadership skills to coordinate, oversee, develop and lead team members

• Domain certifications (LOMA) are preferred

• Good communication skills, Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients

• Good analytical and problem solving skills
