Associate Manager - Team Manager
We are seeking a professional and decisive Associate Manager - Team Manager to join our organization in Pristina, Kosovo. - Lead, mentor, and develop team members to maximize their potential and career growth
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support employee development
- Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for results
- Manage team budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet organizational objectives
- Plan and execute team strategies aligned with organizational goals and priorities
- Foster open communication and collaboration within the team and across departments
- Identify and resolve conflicts professionally while maintaining team morale and cohesion
- Recruit, onboard, and integrate new team members into the organization
- Monitor team performance metrics and analyze data to drive continuous improvement
- Communicate organizational policies, procedures, and changes to team members
- Support professional development initiatives and identify training opportunities for the team
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve cross-functional objectives
- 3-5 years of proven experience in team management, supervisory, or leadership roles
- German language at C1 level and English language at B2 level, at least are required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
- Experience with performance management systems and employee development programs
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive team performance
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and organizational functions
- Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools for team management and reporting
