Associate Manager, Test Product Engineering
- Lead and manage wafersort engineering team to achieve Quality, Manufacturing and Yield KPIs
- Collaborate with cross functional team to drive root-cause analysis and resolution of complex test yield and quality issues
- Optimize test processes to improve yield, throughput, uptime, and cost of test
- Mentor and develop technician and engineering skills and talent
- Support customer and internal audits by providing technical expertise and documentation
