Associate - Marketing automation

<p><b><u>Education/Experience and Skills Requirement:</u></b></p><ul><li>Willingness to work in the UK shift </li><li>Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Communications, or a related field </li><li>2-4 years of hands-on experience in email design and distribution </li><li>Proven experience in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns </li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies </li><li>Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template design and customization </li><li>In-depth Knowledge of best practices in email marketing, including deliverability, engagement, and Compliance </li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams </li><li>Knowledge/interest in capital markets, funds, and asset management will be an advantage</li></ul><p><b><u>Responsibilities:</u></b></p><ul><li>Create compelling email templates, components and assets that align with branding guidelines and target audience preferences </li><li>Plan, execute, and analyse end-to-end email marketing campaigns </li><li>Develop and implement segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance </li><li>Build and maintain automated email workflows to streamline the customer journey </li><li>Implement lead nurturing programs to enhance engagement and conversion rates </li><li>Manage and segment email lists for targeted and personalized communications </li><li>Conduct thorough testing of email campaigns to ensure compatibility across various devices and email clients </li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, and marketing strategists, to align email campaigns with overall marketing objectives</li></ul>
