We are looking for a highly committed and passionate individual who believes in bringing change in the informal recycling sector through community relations and capacity building. This individual should be passionate about grass-root field work and driving the vehicle. We are looking for people who share our values and are driven to create social and economic inclusion.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Identifying the new stakeholders as per company requirement, enquiring for material and passing the information to the lead for further procedure.
  • Building trust with stakeholders to maintain strong working relationship.
  • Increasing plastic sourcing and supply from stakeholders by ensuring ethical sourcing and fair price.
  • Preparing on time reports and other documents relating to load.
  • Assisting with loading the material whenever required.

General Responsibilities:

  • Visiting the scrap shop in four-wheeler and bringing the material as per the allocated plan.
  • Ensuring daily targets are completed (Sourcing quantity, no. of trips).
  • Vehicle maintenance as per the checklist.
  • Updating Sourcing/trip related documents immediately after the vehicle is inward.
  • Ensuring timely, concise and accurate reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis on prescribed formats.
  • Ensure professionalism always and demonstrate exemplary prioritization of workload skills.
  • Ensure that the PFC policies, SOPs and protocols are being adhered to at all levels of the company.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality and security.
  • Work closely with PFC team and Partners.
  • Ensuring timely, concise and accurate CRM updates and also ensuring stakeholders are updating it regularly.
  • Help managers and teams to capture information from the field as and when required.


Requirements

  • 12th Pass/ITI/Undergraduate/ Diploma/Graduate.
  • Minimum 2 years of field work experience and should also have good Four-wheeler Driving Experience.
  • Fluent in Tamil language and basic reading and writing skills in English.
  • Must know to use the google map.
  • Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes.
