Associate Optometrist – Changing lives through better sight

The independent optometrist at Specsavers Lawrence Allen Centre is looking for an associate optometrist to join their busy clinic for 2 days ( Wednesday and Saturday).

The clinic benefits from strong patient demand and consistent foot traffic, offering the opportunity to see an average of 12-15 patients per clinic day. This is an excellent opportunity for an Optometrist who values clinical autonomy, flexibility, and a relationship-led approach to patient care.

Compensation

Receive a daily minimum or a percentage billings, whichever amount is higher for each clinic day worked. The expected range for this role is:

Daily minimum of $700-$850 CAD

Percentage of billings of 70%

Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skillset by the independent clinic owner.
