Associate Paid Social Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Paid Social Manager based in the United States.

This is a hands-on paid media opportunity focused on executing and optimizing full-funnel social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
You’ll manage campaigns across leading platforms while using performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
The role combines campaign execution, strategic thinking, performance analysis, and day-to-day client communication.
You’ll collaborate closely with paid search, creative, analytics, and programmatic specialists to develop integrated media strategies.
The position also offers exposure to emerging AI-enabled advertising and automation tools that are reshaping digital marketing.
You’ll contribute to client growth, new business opportunities, audits, and innovative approaches to paid social performance.

Accountabilities

  • Manage paid social campaign setup, activation, monitoring, and day-to-day optimization across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, and X.
  • Develop paid social strategies aligned with client objectives, including full-funnel testing across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key social media KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and formulate actionable recommendations.
  • Own day-to-day client communications, providing clear performance updates, insights, and recommendations for next steps.
  • Use AI-enabled advertising, reporting, and automation tools such as Smartly or Sprinklr where appropriate to improve campaign efficiency and execution.
  • Collaborate with paid search, creative, analytics, and programmatic teams to ensure paid social strategies are integrated into broader cross-channel media plans.
  • Stay current on social platform developments, advertising trends, AI-enabled marketing technologies, and relevant client-industry developments.
  • Share useful market and platform insights with internal teams and clients through meetings, presentations, and ongoing communications.
  • Support audits, RFPs, new business pitches, and account growth initiatives.
  • Identify account opportunities, challenges, and risks and escalate them to leadership when additional guidance or support is needed.
  • Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in paid media advertising, including media planning, buying, and/or paid social experience within an agency or client-side environment.
    • Two- or four-year degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
    • Hands-on experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns across social advertising platforms.
    • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics or comparable analytics platforms.
    • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, Google Slides, Asana, or similar productivity and project-management tools.
    • Meta Blueprint certification is preferred.
    • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate performance data into practical recommendations.
    • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
    • Proactive, curious, and innovative mindset, with an interest in exploring new approaches, technologies, and solutions.
    • Ability to take direction, learn new skills quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively across teams.
    • Exposure to AI-powered advertising, automation, or reporting platforms such as Smartly or Sprinklr is a plus.
    • Working knowledge of paid search, SEO, or other digital marketing channels is advantageous.
    • Interest in supporting new business pitches, audits, and account growth planning is desirable.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
