Bring your ideas and help us continue our success story. We are looking for an Associate (m/f/d) for our Dispute Resolution Team at our Munich office.

Your Tasks

  • Handling commercial disputes in ordinary courts and arbitration proceedings

  • Largely independent mandate and team management

  • Analyzing civil law and civil procedural issues from all areas of commercial law

  • Collaboration in our cross-mandate and cross-firm initiatives and projects, e.g., in the areas of Legal Tech and collective legal protection, within our sectors and Client Relationship Teams

What You Bring

  • Up to three years of relevant professional experience or the motivation to acquire it in a demanding and dynamic law firm environment

  • A combined score of at least 16 points in both state examinations

  • Very good legal expertise

  • Enthusiasm for the continuous professional and technical challenges arising from digitalization, networking, and automation

  • A passion for practical and innovative solutions for our national and international clients, combined with a willingness to break new ground and take on responsibility

  • Very good written and spoken English skills
