Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and drive approach and implementation plan for office practice system
- Develop and implement project delivery procedures, standards and templates
- Develop, organise and maintain reference library for practice standards
- To plan and conduct internal training and workshops on practice standards and systems
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or relevant fields
- In-depth experience and knowledgeable in all stages of an architectural project including pre-design, concept design, schematic design, design development, documentation, construction, completion and post-completion
- Architectural registration is preferred
- Rail experience would be an advantage
- Collaborative skills in organising and delegating work, guiding and delivering outcomes, good team player and communicator, detail-oriented and meticulous
