Associate Private Credit and Digital Asset Lending
You will support the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of private credit transactions across digital asset-collateralized facilities, receivables finance, acquisition financing, and payments infrastructure. You will conduct diligence, prepare risk committee materials, manage concurrent transactions, collaborate with legal, risk, markets, and treasury, and use AI tools to improve your work.
Responsibilities
- Support the origination and structuring of digital asset-collateralized facilities, receivables finance, acquisition financing, and payments products
- Develop collateral, perfection, and structural frameworks for transactions
- Contribute to credit enhancement, risk-sharing, and closing mechanics
- Work with sponsors, platforms, and counterparties to design bespoke financing structures
- Support transaction document negotiations with outside counsel and senior deal leads
- Manage negotiation priorities across concurrent transactions
- Support credit approvals by preparing recommendations and structural analysis for the risk committee
- Conduct diligence on counterparties, collateral, and portfolio performance
- Manage and prioritize a concurrent transaction pipeline
- Partner with legal, risk, markets, and treasury on lending strategy
- Contribute to internal and external credit-function communications
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in private credit, structured credit, or acquisition or leveraged finance
- Direct exposure to transaction execution from origination through close
- Working knowledge of secured lending structures and collateral protection frameworks
- Experience supporting negotiations with outside counsel on complex transaction documents
- Strong judgment and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in digital assets
