Associate – Process Engineer

1. Warehouse Layout & Material Flow: Layout planning and optimization, Material flow improvement, recommend suitable storage methods and MHE and optimize warehouse space utilization.

2. Warehouse process improvements: Design, standardization, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes to improve safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, and material flow while reducing operating costs and visual improvements

3. Warehouse Productivity: Conduct time and motion studies, Measure and improve picking, packing, and replenishment productivity.

4. Process Standardization : Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Support training of warehouse personnel on standard processes.

5. Digital & Automation Support: Support implementation and improvement of ERP/WMS systems, assist in barcode, RFID, and warehouse automation projects, ensure accurate master data related to warehouse operations.

6. Process Audit: Develop and execute a Continuous Improvement sustenance audit plan across the hub to ensure adherence to standardized processes.

7. Kaizen: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute Kaizen projects and ensure timely completion
