- Own the product lifecycle - Drive the roadmap and lifecycle for next-generation, agentic-first enterprise supply chain software from early-stage concept to maturity.
- Design for agents and humans - Define product experiences where AI agents are first-class actors: agent workflows, tool use, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, guardrails, fallbacks, and the trust and transparency users need to hand work to an agent.
- Partner across functions - Work with engineering, functional, data science, and client success to set product vision, brainstorm and validate ideas, and create meaningful differentiators.
- Turn ambiguity into shippable scope - Drive requirements analysis, build long-term backlogs, define release scope, write user stories, and partner with engineering across ideation, design, development, QA, and launch.
- Define and defend success metrics - Set product success metrics and fold client feedback into the development loop.
- Own quality and evaluation - Establish how agentic features are evaluated before and after release.
- Manage risk - Identify risks in terms of technical, model, data, and safety; Maintain actionable risk registers, drive mitigation, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Track cost - Estimate and track build and running costs, including inference/token and compute costs of agentic features, and feed these to product leadership, finance, and sales.
- Obsess over UX - Partner with UX to deliver best-in-class experiences that make agent behavior legible and trustworthy, improving engagement and adoption.
- At least 6 years of enterprise product management, preferably in Supply chain, ERP or HCM products.
- Demonstrated AI-native working style. Hands-on, regular use of LLM/agentic tools to do real product work.
- Working understanding of agentic systems: LLMs, prompting, tool use, retrieval, agent workflows, evaluation, and the common failure modes.
- Solid Agile/Scrum knowledge, especially software estimation and measurement/reporting.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence and modern product management boards.
- Process-oriented with an eye for detail and a keen focus on user experience, design, and usability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
