Associate Product Manager - Artificial Intelligence

Role Overview :

At IDfy, privacy isn't paperwork - it's power. We're using AI to decode contracts, classify PII, and help businesses stay ahead of fast-changing privacy laws. To pull this off, we need someone who can straddle worlds: fluent in privacy, sharp with tech, and confident in boardrooms.

We are the match if :

- At least 2 years of core product management experience.

- Ability to bring structure to messy problems and run sharp prioritisation.

- Prior experience building LOS, CRM, or equivalent workflow-heavy products.

- Comfort with AI-led product patterns: LLMs, summarisation, retrieval.

- Bonus: experience in risk, fraud, or compliance products.

How you will work :

- Write PRDs that people actually read.

- Sit with customers. Watch them use the product. Listen more than you talk.

- Partner with engineering on trade-offs. Decide fast. Document faster.

- Obsess over one metric per quarter. Move it.

Here's what your day will look like :

- Global scale from day one. This is not an India-only product. You will ship to markets across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.

- Real ownership. APM at IDfy owns a roadmap, not a backlog. You will work directly with engineering, design, and leadership.

- Build at the intersection of AI, risk, and workflow. Few PM roles let you touch all three. This one does.

- Customers who care. Our users are risk analysts, ops leaders, and CXOs at top financial institutions. Their feedback will shape what you build.

- Craft matters here. We care about PRDs that think clearly, dashboards that answer the right question, and UX that respects the reviewer's time.
