Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Product team and help shape and deliver our digital products.

This role is suitable for a fresh graduate or junior candidate interested in product development, business analysis, user experience and client engagement.

You will work closely with clients, users and our technology team to understand operational challenges, map workflows and translate business needs into clear product requirements, prototypes and development tasks.

As part of a flat organisation, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, communicate directly with stakeholders and contribute actively to product discussions and delivery.

  • Coordinate with clients, users and developers to clarify requirements, decisions and follow-up actions.

  • Translate discussions and workflows into clear functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Prepare and maintain product documentation using ClickUp Docs.

  • Support product demonstrations, releases, training and implementation activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Product Design, Engineering or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable engaging with clients, asking structured questions and clarifying requirements.

  • Able to organise information and translate business processes into clear workflows and requirements.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable managing multiple follow-ups.

  • Willing to learn new digital, product and AI tools.

  • Basic understanding of software products or software development workflows is an advantage.

Nice to Have

Experience or familiarity with any of the following is an advantage:

  • ClickUp and ClickUp Docs

  • Lucidchart

Who Will Thrive in This Role

You are curious, proactive and enjoy understanding how organisations work and how technology can improve their processes.

You do not need to be an experienced Product Manager or software developer. What matters most is your willingness to ask good questions, learn quickly, communicate clearly and take ownership of requirements from the initial discussion through design, development, testing and implementation.
