Associate Product Manager (Data) - 1072
Major Responsibilities:

Build an understanding of customer use cases, Lightcast data products, platform integrations, and how customers consume and share data

Support backlog management by translating requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria and helping engineering teams deliver against roadmap commitments

Support data contracts, including schemas, versioning, deprecation processes, and customer migration paths

Monitor data quality, including freshness, null values, and duplicates, and help resolve issues that impact reliability
-
Support product launches through changelogs, migration notes, documentation, internal enablement, incident triage, and root cause analysis (RCA)

Support product launches by contributing to changelogs, migration notes, documentation, and internal enablement
-
Help monitor data quality and flag issues with freshness, null values, and duplicates, ensuring high standards of customer reliability and trust.
Education and Experience:

1–2 years of experience in product, data, analytics, or a related field

Exposure to modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, including sharing models, permissions, or listings

SQL and modern data concepts

Familiarity with data quality, governance, and security concepts

Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and roadmap execution

Strong technical writing skills, including experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Data, Legal, Security, and GTM teams

Interest in building reliable, user-friendly data products and developing technical product management expertise
