General Role Description / Position Summary

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager who is passionate about improving educational experiences through technology. This role will work closely with Engineering, Customer Experience, Curriculum, and other stakeholders to help define, build, and improve products that serve students, educators, and families.


The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, customer-focused, and eager to learn the fundamentals of product management while contributing to meaningful educational outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather feedback from students, parents, teachers, administrators, and customer support.
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Analyze customer pain points and identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Assist in defining product requirements and documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Other duties as assigned
