Associate Product Manager - FinTech Domain

Role Overview :

We are looking for a hyper-organized, analytical APM to help build next-generation wealth and investment products. You will work alongside founders and engineering leads to turn complex financial ideas into seamless software products.

Key Responsibilities :

- PRD & Spec Writing : Translate strategy into detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), wireframes, and developer-ready user stories.

- Execution & Delivery : Partner with design and engineering teams to run sprints, remove roadblocks, and ship product updates on schedule.

- User & Data Analysis : Track product analytics, monitor user drop-offs, and conduct user research to continuously optimize conversion funnels.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 2 - 3 years of APM or product analyst experience in a fast-paced fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startup.

- Bachelor's degree from IIT or top-tier engineering institution.

- Extremely hungry, well-organized, with meticulous attention to detail and strong quantitative skills.
