Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Assist with the development the overall lifecycle of in-house products from concept to end-of-life. Collaborate with business process/product owners to ensure alignment of product development with overall business strategy.

  • Establish roadmap for assigned product(s) that prioritizes features and functionality based on product owner objectives and feedback.
  • Oversee product(s) progress through iterations or releases, ensuring that it meets internal product owner and end user needs.
  • Provide technical guidance to IT developers working on product iterations, improvements and updates to keep the product competitive and valuable.
  • Communicate and build consensus across disciplines in crafting the product roadmap.
  • Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria.
  • Work closely with design / technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions.
  • Use internal data tools to evaluate success and impact to critical metrics.
  • Review and accept completed user stories.
  • Coordinate communications and facilitate resolution of risks, issues and changes tied to product backlog.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 2+years' experience in information systems and/or transportation operations and/or finance, required.
  • Previous experience with product lifecycles preferred.
  • Previous experience using data analytical tools and understanding of key metrics preferred.
  • Bachelor's or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.


Pay Range: $75,250.00 - $88,000.00 annual, depending on experience.
