Associate Product Manager

Job Description:

- Monthly preparation and tracking of the Cash Business pipeline by consolidating inputs from Sales, Relationship, and Product teams.

- Monitor and analyze key business metrics including CASA, Collection Solutions, Payment Solutions, Virtual Solutions, Escrow Accounts, Nodal Accounts, Cash Concentration & Liquidity Management.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance presentations for senior management.

- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities in coordination with Product, Finance, and BI teams.

- Track Budget vs. Actual performance and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.

- Generate segment-wise MIS, dashboards, and reports for internal stakeholders and management reviews.

- Support strategic initiatives, performance monitoring, and ad-hoc business analysis to drive growth and profitability.
