What You'll Do

As an Associate Product Manager, you will keep product and development initiatives moving by coordinating across teams, managing deliverables, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You will:

• Write and manage development tickets and epics in Jira, ensuring clarity and completeness for the development team
• Serve as Jira administrator — managing boards, dashboards, workflows, custom fields, user access, and time tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contributors to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Attend and support development stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions
• Maintain and update project and epic timelines, and contribute to roadmap updates alongside the Director, Product & PMO
• Edit and distribute release notes to internal and external audiences
• Participate in design and prototype reviews

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in a product, project, or technical coordination role, ideally within a software or technology environment
• A solid understanding of software development workflows and product lifecycle concepts
• Hands-on experience with Jira or a similar project management and ticketing platform
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously
• A proactive, follow-through mindset — comfortable chasing down information, following up with contributors, and keeping things moving without being asked
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Odoo is an asset
• Post-secondary education in business, technology, computer science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
