About the Role

We are looking for a professional with proven experience to take direct responsibility for specific areas, primarily in the management of Tour Operators and Cruises, working side-by-side to monitor and develop these products.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and provide appropriate commercial and operational oversight;

  • Review rates, availability, and product configuration;

  • Analyze sales and proactively identify problems or business opportunities;

  • Assist in negotiating and contracting with new suppliers;

  • Coordinate with the IT team in the event of integration or configuration issues;

  • Support the Marketing team with strategic information and product initiatives;

  • Participate in training sessions and gather feedback from Travel Partners;

  • Guide and support the Junior role in more operational tasks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in the tourism industry;

  • Solid knowledge of tourism products;

  • Proven experience working with hotels, tour operators, travel agencies, cruise lines, or tourism suppliers;

  • Analytical and operational skills to work with rates, availability, and commercial terms;

  • Excellent communication skills when dealing directly with suppliers and Travel Partners;

  • English required;

  • Portuguese and/or Spanish (depending on the target market);

  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow up on processes;

  • Critical thinking and resilience.
