Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Part of the core team that defines business goals, creates product strategy, and designs a roadmap.
• This role is focused on building a great user experience for our new initiatives across apps and the website.
• Collaborate with other product managers, engineers, designers, sales, marketing, legal, and analytics teams, and do everything (defining requirements, prioritizing, testing, writing copy, tracking metrics, etc. ) to ship high-quality products.
• Experience with sprint management: Timely creation of PRDs, assisting the technology team in understanding product requirements, timely feature releases, and proper documentation.
• Bring independent thought, challenge conventional approaches, and identify opportunities to drastically simplify ways of doing things using technology.
• Self-driven, likes to work fairly independently, and drives progress without needing constant oversight or direction.
• Track, report, and optimize all relevant metrics for the business.
• Wireframing and creating a prototype will be a plus and will ease working with in-house designers to ship high-quality products.

Requirements:

• Tier 1 Engineering Grad: IIT, BITS, NIT, and MBA preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years.
• Command of data is a must-have.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required.
• Hands-on experience in a similar role will be a plus.
• Experience with software development. We would love to see something that you have built in the past.
• Know about design bent.
• Entrepreneurial stint.
