Associate Product Manager
Summary
The Associate Product Manager will improve internal back-office software and operational workflows by analyzing user feedback, managing the product roadmap, and automating manual processes. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams and integrating enterprise tools like ReTool and ComplyAdvantage to enhance risk management and eKYC platforms.
You will improve back-office software used for operational workflows. You will map pain points, analyze feedback and usage data, prioritize roadmap items, define product requirements, manage sprint execution, improve internal and third-party platforms, support data availability, automate manual processes, and monitor performance KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Map workflows and identify operational pain points
- Analyze user feedback operational metrics and system usage data
- Prioritize the internal tools roadmap
- Translate business needs into product specifications user stories process flows and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering during sprint planning stand-ups reviews and retrospectives
- Enhance user management eKYC fraud and risk management and dashboard platforms
- Optimize and integrate enterprise tools including Freshdesk Kissflow Hyperverge Estuary ReTool and ComplyAdvantage
- Ensure data sources are available accessible and reliable
- Automate redundant manual processes
- Define and monitor KPIs for task processing time error rates and user satisfaction
- Use analytics and post-launch feedback to improve products
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product management business analysis operations analysis or a similar role
- Exposure to internal tooling or enterprise software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical users and business needs into technical requirements
- Use data to analyze processes validate assumptions and support product decisions
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
