Associate Product Manager
Rubiscape Associate Product Manager
About the Role
The Associate Product Manager programme at
Rubiscape is designed to develop India’s next generation of enterprise AI
product leaders. You will be embedded within one of our six studio squads —
gaining hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle, from customer
discovery and competitive analysis through to sprint execution and feature
launch. You will work alongside senior PMs and engineering leads on a platform
trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises, learning how to operate at the intersection
of cutting-edge AI/ML technology and real-world enterprise decision-making. If
you are analytically sharp, deeply curious about how data and AI reshape
business outcomes, and want to build products that matter, this is where your
product career begins.
Key Responsibilities
· Support
senior PMs in conducting customer interviews, user research sessions, and
competitive analysis to feed the product discovery process.
· Write user
stories, acceptance criteria, and feature briefs for well-scoped problem areas
under the guidance of a senior PM mentor.
· Own the
management and grooming of the studio backlog in Jira: triaging bug reports,
updating ticket details, tracking sprint progress, and surfacing blockers
proactively.
· Analyse
product usage data using RubiSight dashboards and SQL queries to identify
adoption trends, drop-off points, and opportunities for product improvement.
· Coordinate
cross-functional communication between engineering, design, QA, and customer
success teams to ensure smooth sprint execution and timely feature releases.
· Prepare
internal and external product communications: release notes, internal FAQs,
feature highlight decks, and customer-facing changelogs.
· Participate
in customer onboarding calls and quarterly business reviews to build direct
intuition for enterprise user needs and the <90-day time-to-value journey.
Nice to Have
· Internship
or project experience at a SaaS, analytics, or AI-focused company.
· Exposure
to agile/scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion).
· Basic
familiarity with BI tools, data pipelines, or ML concepts — even from academic
coursework or self-directed learning.
· Participation
in product case competitions, hackathons, or fellowship programmes (e.g., PM
School, ProductSpace, or similar India-based PM development initiatives).
