What you’ll do

Create product and enablement content

- Build sales enablement materials, e.g.: battlecards, objection handling guides, FAQs
- Gather feedback from Sales to find gaps and improve what we create
Drive customer case studies
- Identify strong customer stories together with CS and Sales
- Run customer interviews to uncover the problems they faced, the results they achieved, and the value Workwize delivers
- Write case studies that connect customer outcomes to our product and positioning

- Hands-on involvement in feature launches
- The ability to quickly understand technical products, go deep on how things work, and explain how they help the customer
- An AI-native way of working: you use AI tools daily to research, draft, analyze, and move faster, and you know when to trust the output and when to edit it
