Associate Production/Assembly Worker

The role
We are looking for a Associate Production/Assembly Worker to support safe, high-quality and efficient production/assembly of Munters solutions. In this role, you will contribute directly to reliable manufacturing flow, product quality and continuous improvement. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, follow standards and build practical experience.

What you will do
- Carry out routine production or assembly work under guidance while learning Munters processes, products and standards.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized and ready for safe production.
- Follow Munters safety, quality, 5S and production standards in all work activities.
- Perform production, assembly, processing, inspection, packaging or material-handling tasks according to work instructions.
- Operate assigned tools, equipment and systems correctly and report abnormalities, defects or safety risks.
- Check work output against quality requirements and document production data where required.
- Collaborate with team members, maintenance, quality and supervisors to support stable production flow.

What you bring
- Education: Comprehensive school.
- Relevant experience: typically 0-1 years, depending on local market and role scope.
- Practical production or assembly skills and ability to work safely with tools, equipment and materials.
- Ability to follow work instructions, quality standards, production schedules and safety procedures.
- Collaborative mindset with attention to quality, delivery, housekeeping and continuous improvement.
- No extensive prior experience is required; willingness to learn and follow standard procedures is essential.
