Associate Production Support Engineer

Provide front-line production support for cryptocurrency business functions, including trading, lending, settlement, and risk management. Monitor system health, troubleshoot Java and Python applications, automate support tasks, coordinate global coverage, document procedures, communicate with clients, and work with developers on fixes and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line production support across cryptocurrency business lines, including trading, lending, settlement, and risk management
• Automate support processes to reduce manual effort
• Monitor system health and resolve issues promptly
• Debug and troubleshoot Java and Python applications
• Collaborate with development teams on fixes and enhancements
• Coordinate follow-the-sun support with global counterparts
• Maintain support procedures, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles
• Communicate with clients on support needs and issue resolution
• Identify system and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of production support or engineering experience
• Experience with trading system internals, post-trade processing, or real-time risk engines
• SQL proficiency
• Proficiency in Java or Python
• Incident response and root cause analysis experience
• English fluency
