- Apply AI and data science to environmental applications
- Co-supervise PhD students
- Conduct independent research in computational environmental science
- Contribute to computational environmental science education and outreach
- Develop and supervise student projects
- Participate in institutional committees
- Secure external research funding
- Supervise BSc and MSc thesis students
- Teach bachelor and master level courses
