  • Advise and register students, participate in retention, placement, and educational activities;
  • Demonstrate ability to supervise independent research projects;
  • Maintain accurate academic records for students;
  • Participate in the development and coordination of course schedules;
  • Participate in instructional committees;
  • Assist in student recruitment
  • Assume College committee responsibilities;
  • Participate in College community service;
  • Participate in professional development;
  • Demonstrate experience in using technology for course instruction
  • Teach 12 credit hours per semester, conduct scholarly work, and be responsible for professional service including committee work, student advisement/recruitment, and course and program development.
  • The successful candidate must be able to teach a combination of the following courses: Introductory Criminal Justice, Criminology, Criminal Law, Research Methods, and Statistics.
