Associate Program Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Launch & Product Excellence Executive to own initiatives that improve launch performance, member adoption, member experience, and scalability. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to work closely with field teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own Launch Improvement Initiatives

Own launch & launch experience improvement initiativesfrom identifying opportunities to implementation, adoption, and impact measurement—to improve launch performance and member experience.

KPIs

• Delivery of targeted launch improvements
• Timely execution of strategic initiatives
• Improvement in member activation, onboarding, consumption, and experience

Drive Performance Through Data

Analyze early signals of usage, business data, and member feedback to identify performance gaps, uncover root causes, and convert insights into high-impact improvement initiatives.

KPIs

• Measurable improvement in key launch and member experience metrics
• Number of improvement initiatives successfully implemented
• Quality and timeliness of business insights

Drive Field Execution

Partner with field teams through regular center connects to understand challenges, support implementation, remove execution bottlenecks, and ensure sustained adoption of processes.

KPIs

• Adoption of product initiatives & upgrades
• Reduction in execution gaps
• Improvement in process compliance

Build Scalable Experience & Adoption Improvement Processes

Design and standardize SOPs, playbooks, governance mechanisms, and operating frameworks that enable consistent experience improvement across the network.

KPIs

• Improve product awareness, understanding and trials
• Improve product usage
• Successful rollout of standardized consumption practices

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Excellence, Strategy, Program Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from problem identification through execution and impact measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL and business reporting tools is preferred.
