Associate Program Manager
We are seeking a highly driven Launch & Product Excellence Executive to own initiatives that improve launch performance, member adoption, member experience, and scalability. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to work closely with field teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Improvement in member activation, onboarding, consumption, and experience
Analyze early signals of usage, business data, and member feedback to identify performance gaps, uncover root causes, and convert insights into high-impact improvement initiatives.

Number of improvement initiatives successfully implemented
Quality and timeliness of business insights
Partner with field teams through regular center connects to understand challenges, support implementation, remove execution bottlenecks, and ensure sustained adoption of processes.

Improvement in process compliance
Design and standardize SOPs, playbooks, governance mechanisms, and operating frameworks that enable consistent experience improvement across the network.

Successful rollout of standardized consumption practices
2–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Excellence, Strategy, Program Management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement initiatives with measurable business impact.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to drive initiatives from problem identification through execution and impact measurement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL and business reporting tools is preferred.
