Associate Project Manager

About the role

This role involves assisting in the management of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while coordinating across internal teams including Product, Development, Design, Marketing, and Operations. You will track project progress, identify risks, prepare documentation, and support communication with clients, partners, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

• Coordinate internal teams including Product, Development, Design, Marketing, and Operations

• Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays

• Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports

• Ensure project tasks are completed according to agreed schedules

• Support communication with clients, partners, vendors

• Maintain clear project records and communication logs

• Assist in preparing user stories, workflows, and project requirements

• Support testing and quality assurance activities before product releases

• Participate in product demonstrations, workshops, and client presentations

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or related roles

• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, PingCode, or similar

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Experience working in technology, software, startup, blockchain, fintech, SaaS, or digital product environments

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies

• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Knowledge of Web3, Blockchain, Digital Assets, Ticketing, Membership Platforms, or Loyalty Systems is an advantage
