The Associate Project Manager (Paint Division Segment) will be responsible for providing assistance with executing paint product only projects. You will attend quote review and production meetings, analyze inventory and cost reduction initiatives, and process system updates for new product releases. Interested? Apply today!

How It’s Done

  • Create and maintain all custom configured assembly BOMs, including released product configurations and completing final BOM review by validating that all are accurate (Oracle and CPQ)
  • Enter configurations into ERP, place orders to operations, set min/max quantities for paint components, and review absolute and scrap materials for approval to remove from inventory
  • Attend quote review and production meetings
  • Complete internal reviews of BOMs
  • Maintain customer PO tracking grids and coordinate/track shipments (international and domestic)
  • Execute field failure review meetings, track and order materials, and create failure reports
  • Provide Special Price Request (SPR) calculations (and other requested documentation)
  • Analyze inventory and cost reduction initiatives
  • Create and maintain configuration sheets per robot model and customer, run costs and update quarterly for subsidiaries
  • Work with R&D team to update Product Deliverables List (PDL) as needed

What You Need

  • Associate degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum three years of experience working with ERP systems
  • Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings

What Would Be Even Better

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering, or related discipline
  • Proven experience within automation and manufacturing environments with knowledge of or interface with Operations, Purchasing, and Manufacturing related to inventory control
  • Knowledge of paint robots and paint process equipment
  • AutoCAD & Bentley experience
