Associate Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with Region Customer Success Unit (called CSU), and define key users of each country.

· CSU team has an account plan, and you need to review & support the account plan from a technical point of view.

· Analyse customer’s needs, utilize the resources from Fujitsu Group worldwide and create the value to customer.

· Analyse the technology trend in the world, and consider the influence & countermeasure to the account, and connect it to the business.

· Share the account plan with stakeholders of related division in each country.

· In the opportunity negotiation, set the quotation item that can be unified in each country throughout Region.

· Set KPI on quality and conduct quantitative monitoring.

· Extract the risks from related division and share the measures in each country.

· Not only BAS division you belongs to, but also to leads the related department, and create new solutions& business for customer.

· Identifies the growth path and scalability options of a solution and includes these in design activities.

· Transfers knowledge to Presales peers via mentoring and contributing participation in peer education programs.

· Analyses and provides support to deals in the pipeline where needed in Asia Region.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Experience of requirement listening from customer, and implement a required system.

· 5 year + experience of Project Manager.

· The ability to work effectively across multiple markets in ASEAN.

· Strong awareness of digitalisation of industries, IT Marketplace, Technology, tools and service provision

· Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels and across function and presentation skills

· Good organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines

• Leadership skills gained from a cross-cultural and matrixed business environment
• Project Management & Senior Relationship Management skills & experience
• Familiar (in-depth) with global organisation, processes and knowledge bases including a deep understanding of the sales and bidding process
• Knows Fujitsu's competitive advantage, and able to articulate solutions to clearly differentiate Fujitsu
