Associate Project Manager, RD Project & Program Management
Summary
ams OSRAM is hiring an Associate Project Manager in Wuxi, China to run R&D projects and programs for LED/semiconductor products, coordinating with global teams. Requires an engineering degree, 3-8+ years in LED/electrical/semiconductor/automotive industry, and at least 1 year of project management experience.
What we look for
-Bachelor Degree or Master in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Optical Engineering or equivalent
-Minimum 8 years working experience for bachelor or >3 years working experience for master in LED, Electrical, Semiconductor, Automotive related industry. Working experience in LED industry is preferred.
-Min. 1 year of project management experience in high-tech/ semiconductor or related industry. PMP certification is preferred.
-Essential PM or other equivalent training conducted.
-Able to work with stress and adapt to fast changes.
-Excellent Leadership capabilities; Excellent Creativity; Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills; Excellent Written Report and Presentation Skills; Excellent Self
-Capable to communicate in English with global team. Excellent in Literacy, Listening and Speaking
-Willing to share experience within team and R&D to guide fresh colleague grow.
