Associate Psychologist
Job Title: Psychologist (Early Intervention / Child & Adolescent)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team supporting children and adolescents with developmental, behavioural, and emotional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological school readiness assessments for EIPIC-P children, including caregiver interviews, teacher feedback, observations, and file reviews; prepare assessment reports for supervising psychologist review
- Provide individual psychotherapy for children/adolescents with emotional, behavioural, developmental or adjustment-related needs, using play-based, CBT, and psychoeducation approaches
- Support behaviour intervention (BI) cases — assess triggers, implement behaviour support plans, and guide caregivers/team on consistent strategies
- Plan and facilitate Social Skills Groups (SSG) targeting turn-taking, communication, emotional regulation and peer interaction
- Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, EI teachers, and other professionals in case conferences and coordinated care planning
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with PDPA and internal protocols
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology
- At least 2 years of experience working with children with special needs
