Associate QA Consultant

1. Review and analyze system specifications to understand the scope of testing.
   
2. Develop and execute manual test cases and test scripts to ensure thorough test coverage.
   
3. Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
   
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
   
5. Participate in requirement and design reviews to provide input on test ability and quality aspects.
   
6. Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been fixed and that no new issues have been introduced.
   
7. Document test results and create comprehensive test reports.
   
8. Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
   

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
   
2. Min 3 years of experience in manual software testing.
   
3. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
   
4. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
   
5. Proficiency in testing web applications, mobile applications, and/or desktop applications.
   
6. Familiarity with bug tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
   
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
   
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
   
9. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
   
10. ISTQB certification or similar certification is a plus.
