  • Maintain technical documentation, test assets, quality metrics, and reusable testing components that support consistent quality engineering practices.
  • Develop proficiency in modern testing frameworks, AI-enabled testing capabilities, observability concepts, and quality engineering methodologies through hands-on application and continuous learning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, automation, defect prevention, and overall product quality through continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Developer Experience, Infrastructure, and fellow Quality Engineers to identify quality risks early in the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies while communicating testing progress, quality concerns, release readiness, and technical recommendations.
  • Participate in design discussions, code reviews for testability, and quality planning activities to promote shift-left quality practices.
  • Actively seek feedback, share technical knowledge, and collaborate with teammates to strengthen quality engineering practices and continuously improve product quality.
