Associate - Quality
1. Conducting In-process Inspection activities as per the control plans and ensuring that parts are accepted at each stage before transferred to the subsequent stage.
2. Precision Measurement CMM and Micrometers · CNC/VMC Knowledge · GD T and Drawing Interpretation.
3. Problem-solving to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address issues and reduce scrap.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using a variety of precision measuring
instruments
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering
drawings .
- Familiarity with programming and operating CMMs
- Knowledge of quality control standards and
methodologies.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS),
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
